These Beta Terms apply to the Etrelay: Rental Operations Closed Testing release. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
About Etrelay: Rental Operations
Etrelay: Rental Operations is an independent software product operated by an individual developer under the public developer name Relay Operations. It helps AV rental companies maintain operational records for Customers, Locations, Assets, Transfers, and optional photo evidence.

Who can use the beta
You must be at least 16 years old and use Etrelay: Rental Operations for legitimate business, team, or professional activity. If you are 16 or 17, you may use the service only for an authorized Company and with any permission required by applicable law. You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity carried out through your account.
Company data and access
Each Company is responsible for its operational records and for inviting only authorized Staff. You must not access another Company's records, share invitations or credentials, or use the service to collect or handle information you are not authorized to use.
Optional photos and scanning
Camera scanning and photo uploads are optional. Use them only for relevant Assets and Transfers. Do not upload passwords, identity documents, payment information, or unrelated sensitive personal data. You are responsible for confirming that you have permission to capture and upload each photo.
Closed Testing availability
This is a pre-release testing service. Features may change, be removed, or become temporarily unavailable. Report issues through Support, and do not rely on the beta as the only record of a critical business process.
No payment or subscription
The Closed Testing release does not include payments, subscriptions, refunds, or paid entitlements. Any future paid offering will have separate pricing and billing terms before payment is introduced.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse Etrelay: Rental Operations, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass security, upload unlawful content, impersonate another person, or use the service in a way that harms people, Companies, or the service.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end beta access when needed to protect users, Companies, or the service, or when these Terms are breached. You may stop using Etrelay: Rental Operations and request account deletion at any time through the app or the Account deletion page.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent allowed by applicable law, Etrelay: Rental Operations is provided "as is" for testing, without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-loss damages arising from beta use. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the beta changes. If a change materially affects your use, we will provide reasonable notice in the app or on this page. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
